STATUTORY AUDITS


Statutory Audit, by definition is an audit which is compulsory to be conducted by way of any statute. It is conducted with the object of finding whether the financial statements of a company are true and fair or not, and to express an opinion therein by way of an Audit Report in accordance with the Standards on Auditing. At GDK & Associates, we provide the services of Statutory Audit under the Companies Act and various other statutes to our clients.

MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL AUDITS

Management and Internal Audits are therefore conducted to evaluate a company's internal controls, including its corporate governance, consulting activity designed to add value, internal financial controls over financial reporting and the accounting processes at large.
